Job summary

Sage Ventures is a full-service vertically integrated residential development and investment firm operating in the greater Baltimore/Washington region. We are seeking skilled maintenance technicians to support make-readies, turns, electrical and plumbing tasks.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, can work with minimal supervision, and are capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Ownership of personal tools and a valid driver's license may be required depending on location.
