Job summary

Sage Ventures in the greater Baltimore/Washington region is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, property structures, and grounds, under the Maintenance Supervisor.

The role requires HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair skills, plus strong customer service. On-call rotation is required; ownership of tools and ability to lift 50 lbs are expected.

Qualifications

• HVAC and appliance repair knowledge with at least one year of experience.
• General maintenance knowledge.
• Must have own tools.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Depending on location, may be required to have dependable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Able to work well with minimal supervision.

Position Summary:

Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures, in addition to performing grounds maintenance.
