Job summary

Sage Ventures, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs on our residential properties in the Baltimore/Washington region. Under supervision, you will handle HVAC preventative maintenance, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair, as well as grounds tasks.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service and requires you to be on call in rotation. Candidates should have at least one year of HVAC or appliance repair experience, possess their own

• HVAC and appliance repair knowledge with at least one year of experience.
• General maintenance knowledge.
• Depending on location, may be required to have dependable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Able to work well with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• General knowledge of safety rules and regulations.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Must have own tools.

Maintenance Technician

Position Summary:

Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures, in addition to performing grounds maintenance.

• Excellent customer service experience required
• Must be willing to be on call one week at a time on a rotation basis
