Atlas Molded Products is seeking a 1st and 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician for the Fond du Lac, WI facility.

Responsibilities

1. Understand manufacturing processes, quality standards, equipment operations, safety requirements, and departmental procedures.
2. Perform Preventative Maintenance (PM) on machinery.
3. Remove and install tools into presses as directed.
4. Replace seals, fill guns, knock outs, and support production.
5. Document maintenance activities accurately.
6. Install logo plates and inserts.
7. Follow tooling best practices, including labeling defective materials, safe tool handling, and leak repairs.
8. Ensure proper operation of all equipment.
9. Perform light construction tasks such as repairs and painting.
10. Troubleshoot equipment issues to identify root causes.
11. Follow safety practices like lock out/tag out.
12. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
13. Serve as a technical resource in maintenance specialties.
14. Perform routine electrical maintenance.
15. Maintain outside building areas as needed.
16. Perform other assigned functions.

Experience & Skills

• Operate forklift safely.
• Experience with maintenance or mechanical systems preferred.
• Familiarity with safety and quality standards.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Basic math skills and ability to use measuring tools.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform physical tasks.
