IRT Living is seeking a Service Technician for its Deep Deuce at Bricktown community. You will handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC, and participate in apartment turns to prepare homes for new residents.

Responsibilities include daily site inspections, organized work areas, and safe, compliant operations, with after-hours on-call support and strong communication with residents and teammates.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in property maintenance or related fields.
• EPA I & II and CPO certifications preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs regularly; up to 80 lbs occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and complete repairs including plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, and more.
• Conduct daily inspections of property grounds, buildings, and common areas.
• Assist with apartment turns, including painting, repairs, and unit preparation.
• Keep tools and maintenance areas organized and safe.
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures and codes.
• Communicate effectively with residents and team members.
• Assist in after-hours emergencies as part of on-call rotation.
