Plastipak is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform and improve preventative maintenance on blow molding and injection molding equipment, ensuring uninterrupted operations and high quality output.

You'll follow safety protocols, participate in changeovers, and advance your expertise through formal training and hands-on projects, including new equipment installs. A 3+ year manufacturing maintenance background and strong hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years of experience maintaining manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with Gem Wheel, Husky, Sidel, Palletizer and Airveyor preferred.
• Solid hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical knowledge.
• Ability to interpret technical documents including manuals, blueprints and schematics.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on aerial platforms up to 20 feet.

You Will

• Perform maintenance for blow molding & injection molding manufacturing equipment to assure uninterrupted & optimal operations

You Have

• Ability to work 6:45pm - 7:15am 2-2-3 rotation, OR Monday - Friday days, along with overtime, as needed
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience maintaining manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with Gem Wheel, Husky, Sidel, Palletizer & Airveyor is preferred.
• Solid hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical knowledge, along with the ability to troubleshoot & problem solve
• Ability to interpret technical & operational documents, including manuals, blueprints, schematics
• ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on aerial platforms up to 20 feet with or without reasonable accommodation
