Job Overview

Marvin Composites is hiring a Facility Maintenance Technician at our Fargo, ND location. We seek individuals eager to contribute to an innovation-driven organization, valuing your technical skills and supporting your career growth in manufacturing.

In this role, you'll help maintain our facility and equipment, troubleshooting, repairing, and ordering parts to ensure high standards of quality. You will have ownership of your work and see the impact of your contributions.

Highlights of Your Role

• Provide support, root cause analysis, and follow-up on maintenance issues
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Plan work effectively with production and leadership
• Order parts as needed
• Monitor and maintain facility equipment to reduce downtime
• Improve equipment and processes to drive innovation

Schedule: 6:30 PM - 6:45 AM
Week 1 (36 hrs): Sun, Wed, Thu
Week 2 (48 hrs): Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat
Work 7 out of 14 days, every other weekend off!

Pay: Base rate: $24-37/hr + $2/hr night premium + $4/hr weekend premium
Effective wage potential (base + weekend premium + OT): $29.14 - $42.76/hr
Pay based on experience

Candidate Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience
• Attention to detail and ability to perform thorough work
• Electrical and mechanical skills
• Familiarity with automated equipment; PLC or control systems experience is a plus
