Lakefront Luxury manages over 70 vacation rental properties on Lake Anna, Virginia. We pair smart technology with great people to give guests an exceptional stay and homeowners peace of mind. Our maintenance team keeps every home in top condition, and we're growing fast.

Role Description

This is a 1099 contract role for a Maintenance Technician based at Lake Anna. You'll travel between our vacation rental homes performing general repairs, hot tub and pool maintenance, light remodel and install work, and quick same-day fixes between guest stays. Pay is $35 to $50 per hour, weekly. You set your own schedule and accept the jobs you want.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands‑on handyman, maintenance, or trades experience
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and carpentry
• Comfortable maintaining hot tubs and pools (training available)
• Your own truck, tools, and smartphone
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Highly responsive, especially for time‑sensitive turn‑day requests
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors or outdoors
• Located within 45 minutes of Lake Anna (Mineral, Bumpass, Spotsylvania, Louisa)
• Bonus: pool/spa certification, smart home experience, hospitality background
