We're hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician to support Class-A residential properties with high-quality service, repairs, and customer care. This is a hands‑on role focused on upkeep, unit turns, and resident satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general repairs
• Maintain grounds and swimming pools to high standards
• Complete unit turns in line with quality expectations
• Troubleshoot appliances and minor electrical issues
• Respond to emergency service calls on a rotating on‑call schedule
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure work meets standards
• Keep maintenance areas organized, stocked, and job‑ready

Requirements

• 3+ years of maintenance technician experience
• Experience with drywall repair, paint touch‑ups, plumbing, and electrical
• HVAC experience with EPA certification required
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
• Self‑starter with strong customer service and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
