Job summary

New Concept Technology is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep production equipment running at peak performance. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and support upgrades across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 2–4 years of industrial maintenance experience. Technical training and HVAC or electrical certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• HVAC, electrical, or industrial maintenance certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and routine maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment
• Calibrate and test machinery after maintenance or repairs
• Complete general facility maintenance including plumbing, lighting, and HVAC support
• Respond to weather-related maintenance needs such as leaks and roof HVAC
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and inventory
• Follow safety procedures and maintenance standards
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and operations teams to minimize downtime
• Identify opportunities for equipment and process improvements

In this role, you’ll perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, complete repairs, and support continuous improvement efforts across our facility. What We7re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• Technical training or certifications in industrial maintenance or a related field are preferred
• 2–4 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• HVAC, electrical, or industrial maintenance certifications are a plus
