The Maintenance Technician is responsible for plant maintenance and support of the equipment throughout the plant. Working in partnership with the Maintenance Manager, they keep the plant and its primary electrical and mechanical systems running. All procedures and practices used are grounded in standards, regulations and laws addressing food safety and food quality, as well as environmental safety in accordance with Safe Quality Food (SQF) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Schedule: 2nd shift 2:00pm to 12:30am, Monday - Friday, with rotating for Saturday work based on production schedule.

Salary, based on experience and other qualifications: $29.00 to $34.00 per hour, which includes the shift differential.
Summary: Facility maintenance encompasses improving the utility of a building by regularly servicing capital assets, such as machinery, equipment and areas in or around a building, such as parking lots and hallways.
