Job summary

A leading manufacturing company is looking for a Maintenance Technician in Easton, Pennsylvania. The role involves ensuring facilities are safe and clean, as well as performing custodial tasks and maintenance on furniture and HVAC systems. Responsibilities

• Ensures facilities are maintained in a safe and clean condition.
• Assembles, repairs, and maintains furniture and related fittings.
• Conducts routine visual inspection of HVAC units and replaces filters.
• Inspects facilities for safety and security, reporting needs to Manager.
• Performs custodial tasks and cleans oil and water spills.
• Monitors facility maintenance inventory and supplies.
