Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Easton, PA to support injection molding, extrusion and facility operations. The role focuses on safe, reliable repairs and PM execution to keep production equipment running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has at least three years in industrial maintenance, strong troubleshooting skills across hydraulic, electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems, and the ability to operate a fork truck legally with proper PPE.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years maintenance experience in an industrial environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair simple hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Must own all non-specialty tools and equipment required to perform the job of a “C” mechanic.
• Ability to become a licensed fork truck operator and follow all safety requirements, including proper PPE use.
• High school education and the ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Check and repair simple hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems related to injection molding, extrusion, blending, fork trucks, and facilities.
• Support facility equipment readiness for plant start-up and shut down.
• Follow procedures for electrical disconnects and safety disconnects to ensure repairs are completed correctly and safely.
• Read and use repair manuals and parts books to perform accurate maintenance and repairs.
• Perform PM repair schedules and complete required repairs while adhering to all company and government safety regulations.

Our client, an industrial manufacturing environment, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance department supporting day-to-day reliability for injection molding, extrusion, blending, fork trucks, and facility operations. Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Easton, PA

Pay Range: $26/hr

Shift: Shift 3: 10pm – 6:30am
Team A: Work Sunday -Thursday with Fri & Sat off
Team B: Work Tuesday – Saturday with Sun & Mon off
