Job summary

Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our Dublin, OH facility. The role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance across diverse industrial equipment, with hands-on repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems.

You will diagnose issues, troubleshoot PLCs, and perform welding, machining, and fabrication as needed, while adhering to safety protocols and documenting activities.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in maintenance, preferably in manufacturing.
• ​
• Experience with industrial machinery, robots and packaging equipment.
• Electrical experience up to 480 volts is a plus.
• PLC experience is a plus.
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a wide range of industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other industrial systems.
• Diagnose equipment issues
• Troubleshoot PLCs and automated equipment as needed.
• Troubleshoot/Replace motors, sensors, controls, relays, contactors, electrical panels, and related components.
• Perform welding, machining, fabrication, and other hands-on repairs as needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment issues as required.

Maintenance Technician

• Location: Dublin, OH (43016)
• Pay: Starting at $25/hr with possibility to go higher for the right amount of experience
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm (some overtime possible)
• Direct Hire for experienced candidates! (TTH possible for more jr. candidates)

Key Responsibilities
