Responsibilities

Overview

A family-owned and operated property management company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support a growing portfolio of high-end apartment communities throughout New Hampshire and Southern Maine. Based in Dover, NH, this role will help maintain approximately 500 apartment units across communities in Dover, Rochester, Portsmouth, Barrington, NH, and South Berwick, ME. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on maintenance professional who takes pride in quality work, enjoys problem‑solving, and wants to grow with a rapidly expanding ownership group. What You’ll Do
