Job summary

PSG Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the daily maintenance operations of a 300-unit residential community in Concord, NH. The role balances hands-on work with administrative duties, including managing a small team and coordinating renovations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in residential maintenance, supervisory experience, strong organizational and safety knowledge, and the ability to manage work orders and vendors.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of residential apartment maintenance experience.
• Previous experience supervising or leading a maintenance team.
• Experience supporting communities with 100+ residential units is preferred.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Experience managing work order systems and maintenance software.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and maintenance safety practices.
• Experience coordinating vendors and outside contractors.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Self-motivated with initiative and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in both field and office.
• Basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC knowledge.
• Own basic hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of two Maintenance Technicians.
• Coordinate and prioritize daily maintenance operations, preventive maintenance, and apartment turnovers.
• Manage and close work orders through the property management system.
• Oversee facility operations to maintain high standards.
• Obtain vendor bids and quotes; manage outside contractors and service providers.
• Conduct monthly safety meetings; ensure OSHA compliance.
• Maintain maintenance documentation, inspections, and facility records.
• Prioritize projects, deadlines, and emergency maintenance requests.
• Assist with apartment renovations and capital improvements.
• Perform hands-on maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall).
• Support apartment turnovers and operate company vehicles.

What You'll Do

• Superviseand mentor a team of two Maintenance Technicians while leading by example.

What We're Looking For
