Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic 2nd shift

Summary: Seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to handle routine and complex repairs on machinery and equipment. This role requires hands-on mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills, with some leadership and training responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment and vehicles.

Troubleshoot and repair systems: PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, CNC/manual machines, and ovens.

Fabricate and weld parts as needed.

Follow safety guidelines and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Collaborate with team members and assist in training junior staff.

Qualifications:

3+ years of maintenance or mechanical repair experience.

Skilled in troubleshooting, fabrication, and machine repair.

Able to read manuals and work independently.

Welding experience required; Spanish bilingual is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
