Job summary

Advanced Asset Management (AAM Living) seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform property maintenance across our Texas communities. You will complete work orders, maintain units and common areas, and troubleshoot building systems ensuring safety and standards.

Responsibilities include prioritizing repairs, inspecting units and common areas, supporting turns and make-ready work, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining accurate records of work orders and inspections.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on property or apartment maintenance experience.
• EPA certification is required.
• HVAC certification is required.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage maintenance priorities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to respond effectively to maintenance emergencies and priorities.
