Job summary

Advanced Asset Management (AAM Living) is seeking a Maintenance Lead to oversee daily maintenance operations at our Texas properties. You will manage work orders, supervise a maintenance team, and ensure quality, safety, and resident satisfaction.

Candidates should have 3+ years in multifamily maintenance, HVAC/EPA certifications, good troubleshooting, and Spanish-English bilingual abilities. This role requires weekend availability and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily or apartment maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification required/preferred; EPA certification preferred.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and general maintenance.
• Previous maintenance lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with preventive maintenance, work orders, and apartment turns.
• Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to work independently and lead a maintenance team.
• Availability to respond to emergencies and weekends when required.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

The role requires strong hands-on maintenance skills, with HVAC experience and the ability to lead and coordinate maintenance activities.
