Job summary

Advanced Asset Management LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform property maintenance across our Texas communities. You will handle work orders, unit and common area upkeep, and vendor coordination while ensuring safety and adherence to company standards.

Requirements include 2+ years in property maintenance, EPA and HVAC certifications, and strong troubleshooting skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred to support diverse residents and teams.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily maintenance work orders and prioritize urgent repairs.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform property maintenance across our communities. This role is responsible for completing work orders, maintaining units and common areas, troubleshooting building systems, coordinating vendors, and ensuring properties are maintained safely and to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete daily maintenance work orders and prioritize urgent repairs.
• Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections of units, buildings, and common areas.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate with vendors when specialized repairs are required.
• Maintain accurate work-order, inspection, and repair records.

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage maintenance priorities.
• Property management software experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to respond effectively to maintenance emergencies and priorities.
