We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This individual will be responsible for performing a wide variety of maintenance and repair tasks to keep our property in top condition. Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of troubleshooting and resolving issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or management
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and resolve them before they escalate
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies
• Collaborate with other staff and outside contractors as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
