The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for safely supporting maintenance operations, troubleshooting, and diagnosing equipment and machinery throughout the plant. This role requires working independently with minimal supervision while providing technical support to production teams, engineers, and designers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical repairs and installations
• Interface with production operators to ensure equipment readiness and optimal performance
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance
• Support continuous improvement and operational reliability initiatives

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience at a journeyman level
• Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance practices
• Proficiency in three-phase industrial electricity and power distribution
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as standing, sitting, stooping, bending, walking, reaching, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
• Basic reading and writing skills
• Strong decision-making abilities and sound judgment

Preferred Experience:

• Working with steel microfibers
• Maintenance of CNC and PLC machinery
• Handling low-voltage controls in a heavy manufacturing environment.
