What You’ll Get to Do

The Maintenance Technician focuses on performing and documenting preventative maintenance and repairs on various aluminum fabrication gear equipment, diagnosing issues, troubleshooting, and assisting with equipment installation. This role reports to the Department Supervisor. This role is perfect for an individual who is safety‑centric, detail‑oriented, and possesses effective communication skills. Job Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs on CNC machines, punch presses, drill presses, etc.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and machine manuals.
• Perform machine alignments, calibrations, and testing after maintenance or repair.

What We Are Looking For

• Technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, specifically with fabrication equipment.
• Experience working with CNC machinery, punch presses, drill presses, and similar equipment.
• Basic welding and fabrication skills are a plus.
