The base compensation range for this position is XX and is commensurate with experience. About You

Job Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent
• 2+ years in maintenance-related field
• Certification to operate lifts and other required equipment
• Basic knowledge of boilers, air and ammonia compressors, and utility systems
• Must achieve 185 or better on Danone Maintenance Entrance Testing (retake not allowed within 9 months)

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years working on processing or packaging equipment
• Experience with filling or packaging equipment maintenance
• Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
• Team-player mentality
• Knowledge of industrial printer technologies (CIJ, hot-melt systems, Zebra labeling systems)
• Proficiency with pumps, valves, gearboxes, and mechanical rebuilds

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Maintain required certifications
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic PC skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Decision-making ability and teamwork skills
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work various shifts and overtime as needed
