• Strong aptitude for reading electrical schematics, engineering blueprints, and machinery manuals.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance to maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness.
• Dismantle devices, replace defective parts, and test equipment to verify repairs.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance on Paslode air tools.
• Assist in process improvements and train production operators on routine equipment care.
• Accurately log all maintenance activities and manage spare parts inventory.
• Strictly adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean work area.

Hourly Rate: $30.00-$35.00/hr. based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on production machinery.
• Preventive Maintenance (PM): Execute scheduled PMs to maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and prevent unplanned breakdowns.
• Machine Upkeep: Dismantle devices, replace defective parts, and test equipment to verify repairs meet manufacturing standards.
• Air tool maintenance: perform regular preventative maintenance on Paslode air tools.
• Continuous Improvement: Assist in process improvements, set up changeovers, and train production operators on routine equipment care.
• Documentation: accurately log all maintenance activities, track labor hours, and manage spare parts inventory.
• Safety & Compliance: strictly adhere to all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, maintain a clean work area.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of versatile industrial maintenance experience.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong aptitude for reading electrical schematics, engineering blueprints, and machinery manuals.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long shifts, and work in various environmental conditions (e.g., heat, cold, or high-noise areas).
