Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Hourly) in Mount Pleasant, Texas to support the reliability, performance, and safety of production equipment. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of industrial maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Construct, maintain, and test mechanical equipment, machinery, and components.
• Identify parts or machines needing repair or replacement.
• Utilize shop mathematics to complete assignments accurately.
• Interpret equipment drawings to properly adjust, maintain, or repair machinery.
• Respond promptly to production requests when mechanical issues arise.
• Communicate with production management and personnel to diagnose and resolve mechanical problems.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately, managing both time and resources effectively.
