Responsibilities cover preventive maintenance, process monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement.
At HP, we exist to amaze. Through the people we hire, the experiences we enable, the way we treat our customers and each other—and ultimately through the technology we create. Our technicians work on cutting‑edge equipment and processes that directly enable next‑generation printing and manufacturing technologies.

Depending on business need and individual skillset, technicians may focus more heavily on process execution or equipment maintenance, with opportunities to cross‑train and grow into blended roles.
High School Diploma or GED required. Associate’s (AA/AS) or Bachelor’s (BS) degree in a technical discipline preferred. Relevant experience in high‑tech manufacturing, equipment maintenance, or process support strongly desired. Equivalent hands‑on experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and optimizing electro‑mechanical subsystems such as motion stages, vacuum components, cooling systems, and opto‑mechanical assemblies.
