Job summary

Associated Staffing Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Press Technician in Columbus, NE. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production press equipment to keep systems safe, reliable, and running continuously across all shifts.

The role requires hands-on experience with industrial maintenance, mechanical and electrical systems, hydraulics and pneumatics, and reading electrical/mechanical schematics. Automotive stamping experience is a plus. Shifts include 1st, 2nd and 3rd.

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial press maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Mechanical and electrical systems.
• Hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Reading technical drawings and schematics.
• Diagnosing equipment problems and completing repairs.
• Automotive manufacturing experience is preferred, especially stamping or press equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on presses and other production equipment
• Diagnose equipment failures and complete work orders accurately and on time
• Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics
• Assist with equipment setups, adjustments and repairs
• Respond to maintenance needs and help minimize production downtime
• Follow all safety, quality and environmental requirements

We re hiring Maintenance Press Technicians in Columbus for all three shifts. This hands‑on position is ideal for someone with experience in industrial maintenance, electrical and mechanical systems, hydraulics and pneumatics.

Shifts & Pay

• 1st Shift: 6:30 AM 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM 11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM

Pay: $30+/hour DOE
