Aerotek, located in Aurora, CO, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a contract-to-hire role in a state-of-the-art automated facility. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain motors, conveyors, and related systems while gaining hands-on experience with advanced automation technology.

After training, expect a 4‑day workweek with 10-hour shifts and day or night schedules based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance technician experience or 3+ years in HVAC, electrical, millwright, military, or related technical field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and extended hours when needed.

Key Responsibilities

After Training:

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
