Ethan’s Crossing in Cleveland, OH is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to keep the property in excellent condition. You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs, and conduct preventive maintenance to ensure a safe, clean living environment for residents.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and clear communication with residents and management. On-call duties are part of the schedule in a onsite setting.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and complete work orders efficiently.
• Must be 21 or older.

• Perform general plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance throughout the property.
• Inspect facility, common areas, and building systems to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of common areas and exterior grounds.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and coordinate with outside contractors when necessary.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies in an organized manner.
• Follow all applicable safety procedures and property maintenance standards.
• Communicate professionally with residents, property management, and team members.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
