Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Rochester, NY
Shift: 2nd Shift - 3pm – 11pm (with OT available until 1am) Mon – Friday
Pay: $32 - $35

Job Summary:
Nesco Resource is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role also supports general facility and HVAC maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair production machinery and facility systems

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues

• Install and set up new equipment

• Read manuals and schematics to perform maintenance

• Keep accurate maintenance records and prioritize daily tasks

• Follow all safety standards and regulations

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED; technical degree or electrician certificate a plus

• 3 years of industrial maintenance experience

• Basic electrical knowledge; ability to read schematics

• Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

• Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed

Position Type: Hourly, non-exempt (overtime eligible)
