Job summary

Innovative Labor and Cleaning Service is seeking a full-time maintenance worker to support the complex manager with various duties around the apartment community.

The role requires at least 2 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work (certifications not required). You will help address maintenance issues as they arise and assist with daily operations at the property in Batavia, OH. Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 9am–6pm.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing and electrical work.
• Certification not required, just hands-on experience in all three areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance manager with tasks around the apartment complex.
• Address minor HVAC, plumbing and electrical issues as they arise.
• Support daily operations with property maintenance activities.

• Duties can consist of plumbing work (minor issues), electrical fixings (minor issues) and HVAC work (minor issues). The issues that you will be responsible for will be minor issues that occur is resident's apartment complex.

• Must be able to perform all duties needed in HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical work are (don't have to be certified just have at least 2 years' experience in all areas)
• Help management with maintenance issues at apartment complex
