Job summary

The JOY FM is looking for an Experienced Maintenance Technician to preserve the good condition and functionality of premises. You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as painting, HVAC installations, apartment turnkey, etc.

A Maintenance Technician is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The goal is to maintain the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition.

Qualifications

• EPA/HVAC certification required.
• Proven maintenance experience in building upkeep and repairs.
• Ability to perform painting, carpentry, plumbing and electrical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Punch apartments to be rent ready (paint, sheetrock, turnkey, etc.).
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
• Perform manual repairs on locks, appliances, plumbing, etc.
• Conduct general upkeep (painting, carpentry) and other assigned tasks.
