Job summary

The Flats at Arrowood Apartments by Tarantino Properties, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Technician to ensure the upkeep of the building and grounds.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, apartment make-readies, basic HVAC, plumbing, and pool maintenance, and responding to emergencies on a rotating on-call basis. Qualified candidates will hold HVAC (A/C) certification; pool certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification is required.
• Pool certification is preferred.
• Experience with apartment maintenance and make-ready processes.
• Experience with work order systems.
• Full-time with rotating on-call responsibilities.

• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as part of an on-call rotation.

• This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of maintenance tasks to keep the property running smoothly.
