Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a premier Intel facility in Chandler, AZ. The role involves maintaining, operating and repairing state-of-the-art wafer processing equipment, with night and day shifts available.

You will use computers for preventative maintenance and help identify defects on the line. The position requires a mechanical background, strong math and problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required and verified.
• Mechanical background with experience using torque-wrenches, volt meters, and similar tools.
• Strong math, computer, and problem-solving skills.
• Maintenance or construction experience is preferred; machinist/fabricator background also suitable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, operate, and perform light repairs on machinery and product lines.
• Utilize computers to perform preventative maintenance.
• Identify defects in the manufacturing line and/or product.
• Work in a cleanroom environment and stand for long periods.
• Perform filter and chemical changes and inventory tracking.

Pay Rate & Shifts:

SHIFT 4 – 5:45 PM to 6:15 AM (Sun, Mon, Tues, and every other Sat) – Nightshift $19/hr
SHIFT 5 – 5:45 AM to 6:15 PM (Sun, Mon, Tues, and every other Weds) – Dayshift $18/hr
SHIFT 6 – 5:45 PM to 6:15 AM (Weds, Thurs, Friday, and every other Sat) – Nightshift $19/hr
SHIFT 7 – 5:45 AM to 6:15 PM (Thurs, Fri, Sat, and every other Weds) – Dayshift $18/hr

What’s a typical day as a Maintenance Technician? You’ll be:

• Maintaining, operating, and performing light repairs on machinery and/or product lines that process state-of-the‑art 12” silicon wafers
• Utilizing computers frequently to perform preventative maintenance
• Proactively identifying defects in the manufacturing line and/or product
• Operating in a cleanroom environment; moving and standing for long periods
• Performing filter and chemical changes and inventory tracking
