Weinstein Properties in Cary, NC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician - EPA Certified to join our team. This is a stable, long-term opportunity at a well‑maintained community with strong leadership and competitive pay.

You’ll complete work orders, assist with apartment turns, troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances, and help maintain the community grounds and amenities while collaborating with the maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Pay: $23/hour (and up, depending on experience)
• On-call pay:
• $150/week (calls or no calls)
• Additional $150 per holiday on-call
• Quarterly bonus: Up to $980 based on property and team performance

Maintenance Technician - EPA Certified Schedule

• Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (40 hours/week)
• Participation in a rotating emergency on-call schedule with the team

What You’ll Be Doing

• Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments
• Assist with apartment turns and make-readies
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry items
• Help maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas

What We’re Looking For

Physical & Technical Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable using computers and mobile devices (Outlook, work order systems, etc.)
• Ability to drive a golf cart
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors year‑round
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Background check required
