Qualifications

• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on maintenance experience.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
• Experience with electrical systems and troubleshooting using an ohmmeter.
• Familiarity with PLCs and automated systems; safety aware (LOTO).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems.
• Conduct inspections and implement preventive measures.
• Work with electrical motors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and single/three-phase electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot with an ohmmeter and maintain PLC-driven automation.
• Document maintenance activities per company policies.

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and possess a variety of technical skills to ensure the smooth operation of our facility. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems within the facility.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures.
• Work with electrical motors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.
• Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
• Work with logic controllers to troubleshoot and maintain automated systems.
• Document all maintenance activities accurately in compliance with company policies.

Skills:

• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience with electrical systems, including troubleshooting using an ohmmeter.
• Skilled and experienced in the areas of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, basic welding, and rigging.
