This role is essential to keeping our restaurants operating efficiently by maintaining kitchen equipment, building systems, and ensuring a safe environment for our team and guests.**Key Responsibilities:*** Perform general building repairs including painting, lighting, and basic plumbing* Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration units and kitchen equipment* Maintain and repair cooking appliances and other facility equipment* Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on refrigeration and kitchen equipment* Diagnose equipment malfunctions and complete timely repairs* Ensure all facilities meet safety and compliance standards* Coordinate and complete maintenance work during non-operating hours when necessary* Travel between multiple locations as needed## Qualifications### **Job Qualifications*** Bilingual in **English and Spanish (required)*** Proven experience in maintenance, facilities, or a similar technical role* Strong knowledge of refrigeration and commercial kitchen equipment* Experience with general building repairs (painting, lighting, plumbing)* Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems* Understanding of safety standards and compliance requirements* Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel between locations* Flexible schedule with availability to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail* Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple job sites
