Qualifications

Job Details

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment and facility systems
  • Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and accurately document findings
  • Assist with installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment
  • Ensure all work is performed safely and complies with company standards and regulatory guidelines
  • Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or food production environment
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of SQF, HACCP, or other food safety standards preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical certification a plus
