Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and work orders.
• Perform a variety of general maintenance and repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, drywall, and other building-related issues.
• Complete apartment rent-ready and turnover preparation.
• Maintain common areas and building systems.
• Manage inventory and order parts and supplies as needed.
• Complete maintenance requests accurately and on schedule.
• Use maintenance tools, equipment, and materials safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Provide professional and courteous service to residents.
• On-call and weekend work may be required.
