Property Management Associates, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician – Rover to support multiple residential communities in Beverly Hills and LA. You’ll perform plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repairs, and prepare units for new residents.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in maintenance, strong problem-solving skills, and a valid driver’s license. This full-time position includes competitive pay, auto and cell phone allowances, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in multifamily properties.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliances.
• Experience with apartment turns/make-readies.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• High school diploma or GED; valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliance repair) and make-readies.
