Contech Engineered Solutions seeks a Maintenance Technician at the Caldwell, ID plant to keep manufacturing equipment running smoothly. You will troubleshoot, repair, and install equipment, uphold TPM processes, and support cost-effective maintenance decisions.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong mechanical/electrical understanding, and solid communication and organizational skills. Experience with manufacturing equipment and reading blueprints is essential.

About the Role:

As a Maintenance Technician at Contech, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuous operation of our manufacturing equipment. Your responsibilities include:

• Providing technical expertise to troubleshoot, repair, and install all plant equipment.
• Accountable for Total Predictive Maintenance (TPM) process.
• Educates, directs, and supports employees in reference to TPM and equipment repair compliance and is responsible for maintenance budget.
• Identifying cost-effective solutions for replacing obsolete components.
• Adjusts repairs or replaces parts, assemblies, and machine equipment.
• Reads and interprets blueprints for repair and installation of equipment.
