Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot, repair, and install plant equipment.
• Accountable for Total Predictive Maintenance (TPM) process.
• Educate and support employees regarding TPM and equipment repair compliance.
• Identify cost-effective solutions for replacing obsolete components.
• Adjust repairs or replace parts, assemblies, and machine equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints for repair and installation of equipment.

Skills

Understanding of mechanical/electrical problems

Good organizational skills

Experience with manufacturing equipment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to read and understand blueprints

Root cause problem solving skills
