Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and install all plant equipment.
• Accountable for TPM processes and maintenance budget.
• Educate, direct, and support employees in TPM and equipment repair compliance.
• Identify cost-effective solutions for replacing obsolete components.
• Adjust repairs or replace parts, assemblies, and machine equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints for repair and installation.

About the Role:

As a Maintenance Technician at Contech, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuous operation of our manufacturing equipment. Your responsibilities include:

• Providing technical expertise to troubleshoot, repair, and install all plant equipment.
• Accountable for Total Predictive Maintenance (TPM) process.
• Educates, directs, and supports employees in reference to TPM and equipment repair compliance and is responsible for maintenance budget.
• Identifying cost-effective solutions for replacing obsolete components.
• Adjusts repairs or replaces parts, assemblies, and machine equipment.
• Reads and interprets blueprints for repair and installation of equipment.
