About the Opportunity:

• Job Title: Maintenance Technician
• Pay Rate Range: $27-29/Hour
• Location: Burnsville, MN
• Schedule: 1st Shift, M-F, 8am - 5pm, O/T optional. On call every 6 weeks. Must be available for after-hour emergencies from Monday through the following Monday during on-call weeks. Contact via company cell phone.
• Position Type: Direct Hire

Requirements and Qualifications:

1. Willingness to advance within the field (continuing education and certification opportunities available)
2. Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
3. Working knowledge of HVAC systems
4. Ability to follow oral and written instructions
5. Effective communication with residents, co-workers, and management
6. At least three years of experience in residential property management maintenance
7. Regular, punctual attendance
8. Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
9. Preferred: CPO - Certified Pool Operator, Boiler license

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Perform maintenance tasks to maintain and enhance property value
2. Collaborate with maintenance team and management to ensure quality standards
3. Handle electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks
4. Repair and maintain structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors, cabinets, walls, and exteriors
5. Pool maintenance and testing (if applicable)
6. Prepare units for new tenants
