Baily Saint Armand Track Manager

I began my Andretti journey as a Server, and through hard work and dedication, I was promoted to Team Lead. Over the past five years, I've grown tremendously, not only in my career, but also as a person. The leadership opportunities and experiences I've gained have helped build my confidence and prepare me for future success.

One of the most rewarding parts of working at Andretti is that I rarely feel like I'm actually working. Every day, I have the opportunity to play a small part in creating memories that our guests will carry with them long after they leave. Very few people have the chance to make a positive impact on someone's day, or even their life, and I never take that privilege for granted. Knowing that I get to do that every day is what motivates me.
