Job summary

Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is hiring a part-time janitor to keep our high-energy locations clean and safe. You will help maintain floors, restrooms, and common areas while supporting guests and team members with a positive, can-do attitude.

Starting pay is $17 per hour and shifts are on-site in our fast-paced entertainment venues. This role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities to learn and grow within a dynamic company known for its guest-focused experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
• Strong communication and guest-service oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors by greeting them in a friendly and positive manner.
• Perform general clean-up of all areas of the building- dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming etc.
• Maintain routine upkeep of all exterior areas, green space and parking lot.
• Remove trash and garbage daily.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms and closets.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Properly use cleaning chemicals, safety attire and tools
• Observe, instruct and monitor Guests for safety and guideline adherence.
• Constant working knowledge of Andretti brand, product and policies and procedures.
• Communicate clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with Guests and fellow co-workers.
• Performs Opening, Running and Closing department duties as assigned.
• Prior guest service or hospitality experience is preferred.

Position Summary

Physical Requirements

• Walk or stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.
• Perform functions which require organization, bending, reaching, turning, lifting, climbing and occasional stocking up to 50lbs.

• The work environment may include bright, dim or flashing lights and loud sounds.
