Job summary

Western New York Integrated Care Collaborative, Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our commercial buildings in Buffalo.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m., performing snow removal, painting, drywall, minor plumbing/electrical, and general cleaning to maintain properties. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in maintenance, strong admin and communication skills, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in general maintenance.
• Strong administrative and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service with tenant/vendor relations.
• Ability to perform data entry for work orders.
• Own reliable transportation.
• Basic technology competency.
• Organizational ability to ensure tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Snow removal/power washing.
• Painting and drywall repairs (minor).
• Plumbing (minor) and electrical (minor) work such as light bulbs/ballasts.
• General cleaning (carpet cleaning, etc.).
• Maintenance tasks like hanging pictures and furniture assembly.

Maintenance Technician Commercial Building ($21-$22/hour)

Monday-Friday; 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.

Seeking an enthusiastic, friendly and positive individual for a full-time position at our commercial office buildings. The ideal candidate will take pride in a job well-done, be a reliable and skilled professional to perform essential tasks throughout the facility. The successful candidate would need to be proficient in snow removal, painting, drywall, repairs, minor plumbing, minor electrical and general cleaning of the property.

Qualifications

• Ideally 3-5 years’ experience of general maintenance work.
• Strong administrative and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build & continue positive relationships with tenants and vendors alike.
• Ability to perform data entry (building system work orders/etc.)
• Own reliable transportation.
• Basic technology competency.
• Organizational abilities to ensure tenant satisfaction.
