Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventive maintenance on material handling equipment and facility systems. You will work on conveyors, sortation systems, and forklifts, handling repairs, part identification, and documentation.

The role requires welding/cutting capability, forklift certification, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with overtime as needed. In-office, on-site work in Buckeye, AZ is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting mechanical systems and failures.
• Welding and cutting torch operations proficiency.
• Knowledge of spare parts procedures and inventory control.
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, scissor/boom lifts with certification.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on conveyors, sortation systems, and forklifts.
• Carry out maintenance projects on conveyors including installations and process changes.
• Perform emergency mechanical repairs on material handling systems.
• Complete scheduled and unscheduled repairs to facility equipment.
• Identify parts, maintain accurate work orders and time sheets.
