Job summary

Crocs, Inc. in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on automated material handling systems and facility equipment.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, support conveyors and dock equipment, and document work in the CMMS while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of industrial maintenance or automation equipment experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical fundamentals.
• Experience with preventive maintenance on automation equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on automated material handling systems, facility equipment, and related infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and repair common mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues using established procedures and technical documentation.
• Support conveyors, sortation equipment, balers, dock equipment, and other automated systems while escalating complex issues to appropriate technical resources.
• Perform basic diagnostics on motors, sensors, switches, drives, and other industrial components.
• Complete basic facility repairs and use hand tools, power tools, lifts, and other approved equipment as required.
• Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout, machine guarding, fall protection, and powered industrial equipment requirements.
• Support equipment recovery, operational testing, and return-to-service activities following maintenance work.
• Document completed work, parts usage, equipment issues, and follow-up actions in the CMMS.
• Communicate equipment status, open issues, and shift updates with Operations and Maintenance teams.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring to the Table

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of industrial maintenance or automation equipment experience, preferably in a distribution, manufacturing, or material handling environment.
• Basic working knowledge of mechanical systems and industrial electrical fundamentals.
• Experience performing preventive maintenance or repairs on automation equipment, conveyors, material handling equipment, manufacturing equipment, or similar industrial systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot common equipment issues using established procedures and available technical documentation.
• Ability to read and use equipment manuals, mechanical drawings, and basic electrical schematics.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, meters, and shop equipment safely and effectively.
• Ability to complete written or computer-based maintenance records and work orders.
• Ability to communicate clearly, follow instructions, and work collaboratively with Maintenance, Operations, Controls, and Engineering partners.
